Return Period

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on products that:

Were shipped by SuitVerra
Are in their original condition
Have not been worn (except for fitting)
Include all original tags and packaging
Are accompanied by proof of purchase

Please Note:

Custom-tailored suits and alterations are non-returnable unless faulty
Items must be returned in their original packaging
All tags must remain attached

Return Process

Contact our customer service team at ask@suitverra.com to initiate your return
Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
Package your item securely with all original materials
Include the return authorization form in your package
Ship to our returns department at the provided address

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

We will inspect the item within 2 business days
You will receive an email confirming receipt and inspection results
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days

Important Notes:

Shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Original delivery charges will be deducted from your refund

Special Orders and Custom Items

For custom-tailored suits and special orders:

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from placement
Custom items are non-returnable unless faulty
Alterations may be available for a fee

Faulty Items

For items received with manufacturing faults:

Include clear photos of the fault
We will cover return shipping costs for faulty items
Replacement or full refund will be provided
